Sky-high office
The relocation of the company’s headquarters to Varso Tower, with its breathtaking views, was a natural step in its dynamic expansion. The new office was envisioned as both a 'command center' and a strategic hub for meetings with business partners and coordinators from domestic and international branches.
A central pillar of the project was supporting the company’s goal to become zero-emission by 2025. Situated in a building with prestigious BREEAM (Outstanding) and WELL (Gold) certifications, the office reflects TTMS’s commitment to creating an environmentally responsible and employee-centric workspace.

Diverse working styles
The office design combines private offices with open-plan areas, creating an environment conducive to both focused work and scheduled or spontaneous collaboration. Special attention was paid to ensuring excellent acoustics, which significantly enhances working comfort.
Additionally, each department was given customized touches that reflect its unique character, while remaining in harmony with the cohesive design of the entire office.

Openess in the workplace
The project focuses on a functional redefinition of the space. The goal was to create clear divisions between departments while maintaining a sense of visual openness throughout the office.
An open layout reflects the company’s transparency and the strong relationships among its employees.
The office features a minimalist aesthetic, where carefully selected furniture and greenery enhance the clean design. This creates an atmosphere that is both inviting and highly conducive to focused work.

Acoustics first!
Acoustics were the top priority in this office design. The primary goal was to create a space that fosters concentration and effective communication while minimizing noise disruption.
The office is divided into distinct zones: quiet areas for focused work, spaces for spontaneous meetings and creative brainstorming, and enclosed conference rooms to prevent sound leakage.
Specialized sound-absorbing materials were integrated throughout the open-plan areas to reduce reverberation and control noise levels.

Hi-Tech Contrast & Dynamics
The design for Nomad Electric Group is a modern office in an industrial and hi-tech style.
The interior is defined by strong color contrasts and dynamic lines, based on a palette of deep blue, white, and shades of gray. Blue accent walls featuring the company logo build the brand's identity within the space.
The most distinctive element is the suspended linear lighting fixtures; their futuristic shape, cutting across the entire office, sharply contrasts with the raw, black ceiling and exposed installations, giving the entire space a dynamic character.

Scope for change
Designed with the principles of quiet luxury, this office space offers a refined experience. The atmosphere is shaped by a bold palette of deep navy and matte black, which provides a sense of calm and concentration. This rich darkness is elegantly contrasted with light wood furniture and accents, creating a harmonious balance between modern sophistication and natural warmth.
Acoustic panels, seamlessly integrated into the walls and ceiling, absorb sound to maintain a tranquil and focused ambiance. The most distinctive feature, however, is its forward-thinking modularity.
Select meeting rooms and executive offices have been designed for future transformation, allowing them to be effortlessly reconfigured into new workstations.
